iNTENDED ATELIER EXISTS FOR women whose inner world has always carried a slightly otherworldly and more symbolic language of romance than traditional bridal has ever known what to do with.
SHE FOUND refuge IN FANTASY, literature, VIDEO GAMES, MYTH, ETHEREAL WORLDS, AND LOVE STORies because THOSE WORLDS, and their communities, GAVE SHAPE TO THE PARTS OF HER THAT were MADE to FEEL STRANGE, TOO DARK, OR TOO MUCH to be considered “lux”.
These women are accustomed to strong visual identities and emotionally charged aesthetics. They are used to belonging somewhere visually and culturally outside of the mainstream.
When they become brides, they are suddenly presented with an aesthetic landscape that feels disconnected from their identity; softened, neutralized, and stripped of the tension and specificity they are drawn to.
